Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order? Once paid orders generally ship in 2-3 business days. We will confirm your payment and then supply a tracking number when ready.
How do I create an account? Go to the “My Account” page. On the right side of the page you can create an account by adding your email address and clicking the “Register” button. A temporary password will be emailed to you. You can then add your information to the “Account Details” and “Addresses” sections.
How do I change my shipping address? During checkout, you can enter a new ship-to address. Once the order has been submitted, you CANNOT change the ship-to address.
How do I track the status of my order? We will supply a tracking number when your order is ready to ship out.
Will you keep my credit card information on file? We do not accept credit cards.
Do you charge sales tax? We collect sales tax in your state if your state charges for bullion.
Do you ship to my country? We only ship orders to addresses inside the United States of America.
Will my items come in one package? Generally Yes.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy? No refunds, no returns. ALL SALES FINAL.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address? Once the order has been submitted, you CANNOT change the ship-to address. Please double-check and make sure of the accuracy of your shipping address when you place your order.
Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it? No.
Can I back-order an item that is sold out? No.
