Ordering & Payment

How to place an order: Placing an order is easy using our checkout. Please be absolutely sure the ship-to address is correct; we cannot change the ship-to address after the order has been placed, and there will be no refunds after the order has been shipped. We don’t need a billing address, since the order gets paid via bank transfer.

How to pay for an order: We need to verify payment for your order within one hour from the time it gets submitted. Because we only accept payment via bank transfer or Zelle, it’s best for you to be logged into your bank account and ready to send payment. Once you hit “Place Order,” you will receive the our bank information or Zelle information, so you can send payment as soon as possible.

If payment is not received by us within an hour: We will cancel the order. Please do NOT send payment.

If payment is sent after an hour, or after we’ve cancelled the order: We will send the payment back to your account minus any and all fees we pay to receive your payment and/or send your payment back.
